How do you ensure top quality products? 
With our proprietary sourcing technology and massive database of industry information, InnerWorkings can quickly identify the ideal suppliers for every individual print job based on criteria such as equipment, areas of expertise, quality rating, service history, geography and more. The suppliers in our network are rated on eight key performance indicators (KPIs) for each and every job they deliver, so they know that when they work with InnerWorkings they must meet the highest standard of quality and service possible. 

If InnerWorkings isn’t a broker or a manufacturer, what is it? 
We are a print management company. Unlike brokers or manufacturers InnerWorkings doesn’t sell print, rather we buy, and manage the production of print on behalf of our clients. We are incented to maximize the savings we deliver whereas brokers and printers are incented to maximize their markup. InnerWorkings represents a new model in the printing industry, one that leverages proprietary data and information, advanced technology, and industry experts to provide businesses with a better way to procure and manage high quality printed items. 

How can InnerWorkings save me money? 
We save our clients money through our buying power, production expertise and our technology. By pooling your spend with the $500 million in print that InnerWorkings delivers annually you can leverage the collective buying power of thousands of other businesses (our clients), including many of the Fortune 500. Our production experts ensure your projects are produced efficiently, on time and at the highest quality. In addition, with our advanced sourcing technology, InnerWorkings can match every individual job with the right supplier AND at the right time (e.g. when they have open capacity) to provide the best pricing available. 

Is my company too small to work with InnerWorkings? 
While InnerWorkings is best known for working with large corporations, the majority of our clients are small to mid-sized companies. Many of these companies come to us because they know they will be able to leverage the collective spend of our Fortune 500 clients to lower their costs and receive the highest levels of quality and service. 

How are you able to produce so many different types of printed and promotional products? 
Over the course of nearly a decade in business we’ve built a global network of certified suppliers that provides us access to every type of print manufacturing equipment imaginable. Our capabilities regarding printed and promotional products are unlimited and allow us to deliver “ink on any substrate” for our clients, meeting a wide array of requirements for companies of all kinds. 

How long has InnerWorkings been in business? 
InnerWorkings was founded in 2001 and has quickly grown to become the U.S. leader in managed print and promotional products. The Company went public in 2006 and currently employs nearly 1000 people in 35 offices.
